Paying a belated tribute to International Women’s Day. For many years I was a volunteer with UNIFEM. In 2006 UNIFEM helped with the annual IWD event at St. Bartholomew’s Church in NYC with a talented roster of women advocates.🌍

The UNIFEM name has changed over the years, but the group remains a significant program of the United Nations.
